Country Kids has created a fantastic formula for both parents and children providing luxurious accommodation alongside excellent childcare & activities in a stunning setting. The farm, Le Mas Pandit is situated in a protected area of natural beauty just 1 hour from Montpellier and 40 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. What is really great about the set up at Country Kids is that parents really can relax and have a great holiday, knowing their children are having a great time in a safe environment.

Accommodation

Country Kids can accommodate 7 families at any one time with the arrival day being a Saturday. The Old Dairy has four 3-bedroomed apartments and a 2-bedroom apartment and The Chestnut House which is a smaller separate cottage with 2 bedrooms. All master bedrooms are light & airy and have huge 2 metre wide king-size beds and the second and third bedrooms have twin beds. There is one exception which has 2 double rooms and a twin room, ideal for 2 families looking to share. New for 2012 is a stunning 5 bedroom apartment with its own pool chill bed.

Each apartment has its own hand-built stone & timber kitchen and an outdoor dining area. The kitchens are fully-equipped with large fridge freezers, gas hob cookers with electric ovens, microwaves, dishwashers & washer/dryers. The apartments all enjoy their own private entrance & private terrace. The bathrooms are luxurious & indulgent many with marble floors & large baths. Boutique hotel details have not been forgotten and Ipod docking stations, flat screen TVs (with SKY) and DVDS are all provided. The childrens rooms are really great and come with plenty of toys, books and a selection of children's DVDs and there is complimentary WiFi in all of the apartments. New for 2012 is a fabulous 5 bedroom apartment ideal for the larger family or two to share.

Activities

The 30 acres surrounding Le Mas Pandit play host to a safety-fenced pool, tennis court, trampolines, table tennis as well as a children's petting farm. Included in the rate are 2 off-site adventure activities which include horse-riding, canoeing, horse & carriage rides, mountain climbing and sailing all of which include tuition or a guide and supervised on-site activities for kids & parents. Families can also enjoy unlimited use of the crèche/kids club which is open 6 days a week.

Dining

The rates at Country Kids include the breakfast of freshly baked croissants, Danish pastries, pain au chocolat, baguettes, jam, butter and honey, all delivered to the apartment in the morning, 2 nights babysitting including 2 kids meals on babysitting evenings, 2 communal catered meals & 2 dinners to be eaten at the bar or in the apartment, allowing Mums (and Dads!) to sit back and relax! There is a pizza van that comes to Country Kids on Monday evenings and along with the meals & salads for sale on-site very little cooking is required. Tracey, the wonderful owner and mother of four has thought of everything; your arrival shopping pack includes a basket of fresh vegetables, fruit and staples, and make a shopping list and someone will go to the shops for you while you can enjoy a glass of wine or two! Coffees are free from the capuccino machine at the bar with comfy sofas - which opens for early morning coffee at 7 am and stays open til 11 pm.

Rates

Rates at Country Kids are per week for up to 4 sharing. The standard and high season rates between April and September include unlimited use of the creche/kids club, supervised on-site activities for kids & parents plus 2 great adventure activities, 2 catered communal meals plus 2 dinners to be eaten at the bar, on your private terrace or in the apartment, a shopping pack on arrival including fresh fruit & veg, daily cleaner, 2 nights babysitting plus 2 kids dinners on the babysitting evenings, early morning creche on Fridays (after the Thursday babysitting night), use of baby equipment, all outdoor and recreational facilities such as tennis, cycling & the petting farm and free WiFi. Between the end of October and beginning of April 50% rates apply as seen in the rates card and include the crèche and daily animal feeding but exclude catering, off-site activities and babysitting.
