About this Chic Retreat
Ospiti B&B is a new little luxury boutique bed and breakfast in Sarnano, Le Marche. With 3 recenly refurbished rooms Ospiti offers guests a year round hideaway from which to explore and enjoy the unspoilt region of Le Marche. Ospiti B&B is only a few minutes walk to local shops, bars and restaurants of Saranano. The local ski slopes here in Sassotteto, Madallena and Bolognola (up to 1380m) are literally only a short scenic drive away. There is an excellent Ski School for beginners or improvers as well as some challenging slopes for the more advanced skier.
Accommodation
Each of the 3 rooms at Ospiti B&B are stylish in their own way; Bellavista has beautiful views of the Sibilllini Mountains and a spacious Jacuzzi for two, whilst Amoretto is very private and features an antique French bed and power shower in the en-suite and Brunello is artistic and modern and also has a power shower. All of them have luxurious bedding and Acca Kappa bath products, some of Lulu's favourites!
Activities
Le Marche is no exception when it comes to festivals..Italians love them! Le Marche hosts many including food events, wine tastings, medieval performances, theatre events, wild boar hunts, truffle hunts and much more. During the summer months, food and wine celebrations known as ‘sagre’ take place in local towns and villages, all over Italy. There is plenty to see, do and explore in the area and it is well worth hiring a car during your stay. Sarnano itself is a pretty spa town and Ospiti is right at the heart of the historical centre. Outdoor activities include walking and hiking, golf and spa treatments can be arranged. Shoppers will be happy to know that some of the best shopping outlets are within easy reach including:Prada and Tods.
Ski slopes are just 15 minutes away! The local ski slopes here in Sassotteto, Madallena and Bolognola (up to 1380m) provide a quieter alternative to the huge commercial resorts and are literally only a short scenic drive away. There is an excellent Ski School for beginners or improvers as well as enough of a challenge for the more experienced skier.

Cancellation policy
Online pre-payment in full is required before a reservation can be confirmed. We will refund up to 90% of the total amount, on a sliding scale, should it be necessary for you to cancel. All cancellations must be informed by email. We strongly advise you take out adequate Travel Insurance to cover for such eventualities.
