The D'Angelo family have sympathetically restore and revived this charming building into a stunning, award-winning spa and retreat for those who are serious about their wellbeing. Accommodation

There aren't many detox retreats that can boast luxury boutique hotel-style rooms which are seriously beautifuly and just as comfortable. The 22 rooms and suites at Ti Sana Detox Retreat are spacious, luxurious and oh so pretty! The Exclusive Suites have beautiful views over the gardens of the Strigelli Villa and each has a king-size bed, living/sitting area and an extra large bath tub. All room have their own independent entrance and have air-conditioning, mini fridge, safe, TV LCD Samsung, complimentary Wi-Fi and luxury en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs/showers in Italian marble stone and glass.

Personalised Active Life Programmes, relaxing and pampering treatments to rejuvenate, cure and prevent are just some of the amazing options at Ti Sana Detox Retreat and Spa. Ti Sana offrers personalised programs (1, 4, 7, 10, 21 days), which include consultations, treatments and a range of therapies with a guaranteed improvement in wellbeing, energy and vitality. Ti Sana also offers medical support, tests and treatment in the Galeno Medical Spa. A programme includes physical and spiritual activity with ancient traditional Chinese medicine - TaijiQuan, Qigong, Lian Gong, and other therapeutic activities in the spacious and illuminated Noosphère hall. Personal training is available throughout your stay. The Adda Valley, offers guests a great choice of activities including walking and biking along the river and inside the park, canoe trips and some challenging golf.

Dining

Depending on what programme you choose will decide what you will be eating during your stay at Ti Sana Detox Retreat. The Juice fast includes organic raw fruits and vegetabls and the Fresh Lifestyle is based on nourishing the body with the purest, freshest ingredients such as sunflower and soy sprouts, fruit and sea vegetables. One of the primary aspects of the Energy Lifestyle package is to re-educate you regarding your diet to ensure that you are able to continue eathing this way once you are at home. The programme is based upon a vegetarian philosophy for a gentle approach to a new wellbeing lifestyle.

Rates

Children's beds/cots are an additional EUR 20 per day. An extra bed can be arranged in the Exclusive Suites for an additional EUR 80 per day. Packages include full board, classes, all inclusive bar, lectures. 7 day packages include use of infrared sauna, 1 x Ti Sana Course, deep tissue massage, hydrocolon therapy, live blood test, 1 x H-wave therapy.
