About this Chic Retreat
New for 2011 Almendra Blanca is an exceptional luxury villa which can be rented by the week on the Costa Tropical of southern Spain. With endless sea views and stylish and trendy interiors this intimate, unique Chic Retreat is ideal for a couple looking for a romantic holiday for two or for a party of 6 looking to relax and enjoy the best that southern Spain (Costa Tropical) has to offer. The villa was completely renovated in 2010 and is decorated throughout in Mediterranean colours against a backdrop of Asian influences from the owners travels, and contemporary finishes. The hippy chic atmosphere has created a very relaxed feel and the villa benefits from wonderful large windows which fill the villa with light and space. The owners personal and stylish touches are everywhere from hand-crafted chairs, to splashes of turquoise, pretty pottery and pictures. Those who have travelled the world will truly appreciate this exceptional Chic Retreat.
Accommodation
Almendra Blanca sleeps 2 to 6 people between two doubles with hand crafted American size beds and a third room with 2 single beds. The double room in the tower has the best views in the house and the other features a Balinese canopy whilst the single beds have gorgeous bed heads made from antique Javanese doors. All of the rooms have to-die-for views giving guests a world of dreams and the chance of pure escapism.
Activities
Think of gently rocking in a hammock being caressed by the sea breeze, surrounded by a tropical garden and an immaculate white infinity pool. In the heart of the house, there is an exotic patio with waterlily blossoming in a burmese pot. In the shaded area outside, stylish pots with exotic plants, a thai daybed full of cushions, comfortable sofas and the hammock is a magical place to sit, read, relax and dream. Beside the pool, the lush green lawn embraces breathtaking views towards Sierra Nevada, Salobreña and the sea… Brand new tennis courts are just 2 minutes walk from the villa and a private beach is only 5 minutes away.

The kitchen has been totally renovated and is full of light opening directly onto the dining room.
Rates
Rates at Almendra Blanca are per week and are for up to 6 people. The villa can be rented by as little as two people (please take of 25 EUR per person per day), from EUR 1575 per week.
