La Villa Marrakech is the newest luxury riad to open in the Marrakech medina. With just 5 stunning and meticulously designed rooms this chic retreat is sure to attract the 'in' crowd and those in the know.  Situated just a few minutes from the Royal Palace La Villa Marrakech is in one of the safest streets and areas of the medina and is a short walk to the hub of the main square and the bustling souks. Originally restored and renovated for private use, no expense has been spared; Italian marble, embroidered bed linen and towels, European fixtures and fittings to meet the needs and expectations of the most demanding and discerning traveller.  The opening rates are exceptional and won't be around for long so book now to avoid disappointment.

Accommodation

Each of the 5 rooms and suites at La Villa Marrakech are finished to the most exacting European standards. The stylish, sumptuous interiors offer every modern comfort and convenience, including tempur mattresses, flat-screen TVs with satellite, mini bars and room service.  In one of the safest areas of the medina, guests can enjoy the classical, understated luxury of a boutique hotel with exceptional personal service.  This brand new villa has been painstakingly restored providing guests with  every modern convenience whilst retaining the charm of classical Morocco; with traditional Cedar woodwork, Tadelakt plaster and Fez tiles hand-crafted by local artisans.  The Amber Suite is stunning with a vast en-suite bathroom whilst the Ivory Room is intimate and charming and all rooms and suites feature air-conditioning with a silent mode for night time.  The newest suite, the LVM SUITE, is located on the terrace with direct access to the sunbed. Above the suite there is a panoramic lounge (the same height as the Royal Palace) with a 360 degree views of Marrakech.

Activities

Day trips to the Atlas mountains can be organised as can private guides.  A day relaxing on the roof terrace next to the Jacuzzi is a must as is a relaxing Aromatherapy Massage and traditional hammam which leaves you squeaky clean.  Beauty treatments are also available. Shoppers will enjoy returning to this quiet oasis after a day out in the souks.  The heated pool is chlorine and chemical free with a sophisticated ionising filtering system ensuring the water is kind to your skin.

Dining

La Villa Marrakech is one of the few luxury riads in Marrakech to have its own boulanger who bakes fresh pastries, croissants and bread every day.  Simple traditional Moroccan dishes are served for lunch and dinner.

Rates at La Villa Marrakech are per room per night and include breakfast.  City tax of EUR 2.4 per person per day is not included.

Cancellation policy

  • All bookings are confirmed by email. Only written confirmations are considered as firm bookings. 
  • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email or fax. 

A fee will be charged for late cancellation as follow: 

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: 50% of your stay. 
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of your stay.

  • Distance from nearest airport: 10 minutes
  • Airport transfer is EUR 15 each way
  • On some dates a minimum length of stay can be required as well as total prepayment (between 23rd Dec and 8th January)
