St Brides Hotel and Spa is a luxury hotel and spa in Pembrokeshire, Wales. This luxury hideaway isn't a wellness retreat where you come to lose weight or detox it is somewhere you come and stay to be pampered and cocooned. Accommodation
Each of the 46 contemporary rooms at St Brides Hotel and Spa are individually styled, many with a sea view and balcony. The six 2 bedroom apartments with living areas and kitchenette are just outside the main building and give guests extra privacy and independence. Pets are welcome to stay in the apartments. The rooms are light and airy with fresh modern bathrooms. Try and book a room with a private balcony as the views across Carmarthen Bay to farmland and the winding coastline beyond are really beautiful. All rooms have an iron and ironing board, direct dial telephone, robes and slippers, bath and shower, tea/coffee tray, TV ,DVD Player, hairdryer and fan.
Activities
The marine spa at St Brides Hotel sits high on the cliff top and has been designed around the stunning view. The spa features a double treatment room and relaxation area with panoramic views across Carmarthen Bay. The treatments focus on using seaweed, mud and clay all of which have natural healing properties of the sea. A new fitness suite is a popular addition to the hotel and is fully-equipped with the most up-to-date gym equipment.
Dining
St Brides has the Cliff Restaurant and Gallery Bar both of which have stunning views across the harbour. The Cliff Restaurant restaurant serves a great choice of contemporary dishes with emphasis on the local seafood. In Saundersfoot itself, The Marina is a contemporary fish and chips restaurant with healthy eating options available. Breakfast at the hotel is a delight with excellent coffee, pastries, a range of breads, fresh fruit and choice of eggs.

The price is per room per night based on single or double occupancy and include accomodation, breakfast, VAT and parking.

Cancellation policy
- Details of credit or debit card are required to charge £50 per room per night non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- Should you cancel or curtail your reservation after 12 midday, two days prior to your arrival date, the entire duration of your stay will be charged as the cancellation fee.
- For bookings of four nights or four rooms or more, a seven day cencellation policy will apply.
