About this Chic Retreat
The luxury tree houses of Tarangire Treetops sit in Marula and Baobab trees and have spectacular panoramic views of the wild savannahs. At the edge of Tarangire National Park and the Masai Steppe this luxury lodge is along the path of the elephant migration and is home to some of the largest herds in Africa and there are over 550 bird species in the area to find.
Natural materials and modern décor blend together to provide a comfortable retreat from which to embark on adventures in the grasslands. The reception area is built around a 700-year-old Baobab tree and this stunning eco-lodge has its own game watering hole.
Accommodation
Tarangire Treetops has 20 ensuite luxury tree houses overlooking the Tarangire Sand River, all built from locally-sourced materials with luxurious modern furnishings. The tree houses are open-fronted allowing spectacular views of the surrounding grasslands and all tree houses have a private balcony and lounge area. All rooms have power &hot water, digital safe, laundry service, fans and mosquito nets.
Activities
Tarangire Treetops is in a great location. Taking a game drive in the Tarangire National Park, guests will have an unforgettable experience. With leopards, cheetahs, lions, buffalo and elephants in the area, among other animals and birds, the thriving Tarangire ecosystem is a wonderful place for game-spotting. Tarangire Treetops also offers night game drives, game walks and a Masai cultural tour where guests visit an authentic boma. Tangire Treetops has an outdoor swimming pool for a refreshing dip after a day exploring.
Dining
The Tarangire Treetops dining area has views of a watering hole, so guests can watch the game drink while they do! Guests can also have a bush breakfast or bbq.
Rates
Rates at Tarangire Treetops are per room per night. The Game package includes all meals, drinks, transfers from airstrips, laundry, daytime game drives, bush walks, night game drive, experienced driver guides to accompany all drives & walks. They do not include park fees and extras. Full board rates include all meals, drinks and laundry (excluding certain alcohols) and do not include park fees and extras. Multi camp itineraries and group rates are available on request. Children aged 3-12 are charged 50% of the rate (as charged per person) if sharing and 75% if occupying their own room. On December 24, 25, 31 and Jan 1 a supplement of USD 50 is required. On April 2nd-5th a supplement of USD 40 is required.

Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled or reduced between 90-45 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the rate per night. Bookings cancelled or reduced between 45-22 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the rate per night. Bookings cancelled or reduced between 21 days or less prior to arrival or no shows will be charged 100% of the rate per night.
