About this Chic Retreat
Hollmann Beletage is a small boutique hotel in the very heart of historic Vienna. This renovated 19th-century town house has been wonderfully-appointed with chic contemporary interiors with an emphasis on design-led furnishings without scrimping on comfort. You could only get more central if you stayed in St. Stephen's Cathedral itself, which is just 2 minutes walk away, while in 3 minutes you will reach the famous Graben and Kaerntnerstrasse Shopping Street, 10 minutes will take you to the Opera House and 2 minutes to the subway. It's only a 20 minute drive to the airport or a train station, but you certainly won't be in any hurry to leave. Hollmann Beletage has a simple principle; every guest should feel at home, far away from home, and they know that it's the small things that make a big difference from surprising guests with a Viennese New Year's breakfast or something special for Easter, or Whitsun. Accommodation
There are 25 spacious to very spacious rooms in Hollmann Beletage, a 19th-century townhouse with a contemporary soul in the heart of Vienna's old town. Accommodating a maximum of 50 guests, personal, attentive service is assured. The spacious and bright bedrooms have a modern, fun design and great features. Cpmplete with CD-Player, Cable TV, telephone, minibar, safe, complimentary WI-FI / WLAN and hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, nothing is missing and each room has a surprising feature, such as in-closet-hidden bathrooms or bathrooms that sit within the rooms themselves.
Activities
A unique spa-oasis allows you to withdraw from city life, while the central location means everything is within easy reach. Behind the town house facade, Hollmann Beletage is appointed with fine high-quality design furniture, a small library with selected books and CDs, a living room (not Lobby!) with an open fireplace and even a piano and living-room suites where you can dip into books, chat or just have a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. Relax from walking around Vienna with a classic Austrian movie in the home cinema or out on the garden terrace.
Dining
Patron Robert Hollmann knows his business (he is both an actor and a chef) and guests can kick start their day with Hollmann Beletage's wonderful breakfast: every wish is welcome, everything is possible. The unpersonal touch of the buffet breakfast is avoided allowing guests to tailor make their breakfast every morning.
Rates
Rates at Hollmann Beletage are per night and include breakfast and all taxes. Baby cots are free of charge, extra beds for children up to 12 years are EUR 30 per night, extra beds for adults are EUR 50 per night and small pets can be accommodated for EUR 15 per night.
