Sister property to luxury villa 'Anna's', Anna's Limonaia enjoys the same stylish interiors and attention to detail. Just 15 minutes from Florence this small luxury villa sleeps 5 and is perfectly located for those wanting to enjoy the Tuscan countryside as well as the restaurants, culture and shops that Florence is famous for.

Accommodation

There are two large double bedrooms at Anna's Limonaia, both situated on the first floor. Between the two rooms is a large dressing room which is shared. Both rooms have king-size beds and are full of light which floods in through large windows. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom which is a junior suite also has an en-suite bathroom - both bathrooms have showers, not baths. There is a single bed in the junior suite making it ideal for families, a great feature too is that each of the rooms has its own staircase allowing independent access.

Activities

Anna's Limonaia is surrounded by 4 acres of woodland, olive groves and landscaped gardens and lemon trees. The blue water pool is 4 x 8m and is a salt water pool, with a grassed area with sun beds and umbrellas. The proximity of Florence means that culture, restaurants and shops are literally on your door step. To enrich your stay, owner Anna, can also arrange cooking classes, Tuscan dinners at your villa and private wine tastings. She can provide helpful information and tips about the region as well as organising services such as pick-up/ drop off at the airport (by licensed drivers), making restaurant bookings and many more.

Cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental cost has to be paid to us to secure the reservation. Once we receive the deposit, your provisional reservation will be a definitive reservation. The balance of the total rental cost must be paid not less than eight weeks prior to the arrival at the villa.
